The cover manager selects the required day and offers a position to multiple available candidates through the SyncEd platform.

Candidate Notification
SyncEd sends real-time WhatsApp notifications to the selected candidates, providing job details such as dates, rates, and the recruiting agency.

Job Acceptance
Candidates can accept or decline the job. Upon acceptance, notifications are sent to the cover manager, agency, and candidate, along with any necessary documentation, and the booking is reflected on the agency's dashboard.
